Email Marketing is NOT Dead

A couple of months ago, I received an email about a new viral report titled Email Marketing is Dead ("Now come buy my next product").  Do you see the irony here?  It was actually an EMAIL that I received promoting the report.

Email marketing is definitely not dead. Yes, it’s more difficult to get email through to your list, with the advent of new Spam blockers, but it’s still generating millions upon millions of dollars for online business. And it’s still true today as it ever was: If you are not collecting the names and email addresses of the visitors to your website, you’re losing an incredible amount of money with every passing day.

Do not let the "doom and gloom" guy trick you into believing that email marketing is dead. Done correctly, if can easily increase sales, customer loyalty, and overall profits - for a minimal investment in time and technology.
